Hallo,
wir suchen 3 Studenten als Nachmieter für unsere gemütliche 4-Zimmer-DG-Wohung am Seepark. Die Gesamtfläche der Wohnung beträgt ca. 85 m². Die Wohnung hat ein großes Schlafzimmer ca. 22m² und zwei kleine Schlafzimmer ca. 14m², sowie ein kleines Wohnzimmer ca. 9m², eine Küche ca. 12m², ein Bad mit Badewanne und ein separates Gäste-WC. Die Schlafzimmer und der Flur sind mit Korkboden ausgestattet, die Bäder gefliest. Das Wohnzimmer hat einen Teppichboden und die Küche einen PVC Boden. Als Nachmieter sind ausschließlich Studenten erwünscht.
Besichtigungen können individuell und unter vorheriger Absprache vereinbart werden.
