ich suche einen zuverlässigen Zwischenmieter für meine Wohnung in St. Georgen in Freiburg.
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und bietet alles, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht.
Sie hat 2 große Zimmer und einen zusätzlichen Essbereich in der voll ausgestatteten Küche. St. Georgen ist etwa 10-15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad von der Innenstadt entfernt. Die Gegend bietet Einkaufmöglichkeiten aller Art, die in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Ideal geeignet ist die Wohnung für eine Einzelperson oder ein junges Paar, die Nichtraucher sind und verantwortungsbewusst mit meiner Einrichtung umgehen.
Die Wohnung ist ab dem 1. Oktober frei und kann mit großer Wahrscheinlichkeit auch nach dem 1. Januar nächsten Jahres weitergemietet werden. Ich bin zur Zeit auf unbestimmte Zeit im Ausland und kann den entgültigen Schritt aus Freiburg auszuziehen noch nicht wagen. Weitere Fragen zur Länge des Mietverhältnisses beantworte ich gerne persönlich.

Hi there,
I'm looking for a responsible person who wants to take care of my lovely flat in St. Georgen. The flat is fully furnished and offers all comforts. There are two spacious rooms and a dining area included in the full fitted kitchen. You can reach the city center within 10-15 minutes by bicycle. St. Georgen offers many grocery stores and amenities within walking distance.
Most suitable persons are non-smoking young couples or a single person who is treating the accommodation respectfully.
The flat is available from the first of October and can probably be rented further on as well since I'm currently abroad and haven't decided yet when to come back. If you do have any questions regarding the period of sublet I will be happy to discuss that personally.
