Hallo.
Ich suche für meine kleine 2 Zimmerwohnung einen Untermieter, da ich zur Zeit vorwiegend in der Schweiz Arbeite und Wohne. Die Wohnung besitzt 2 Zimmer, wobei das eine Zimmer ein Durchgangszimmer ist. Die Zimmer sind gleich groß und sind mit Bett und Regalen ausgestattet. Es gibt eine Küche mit Gasherd, Kühlschrank und Geschierspühlmaschine. Im Hof gibt es die Möglichkeit zu Grillen oder einfach abzuhängen. Ist sehr gemütlich. Eine Wochenweise Vermietung ist auch denkbar. Muss allerdings dann 100 €/Monat verlangen, da es deutlich mehr Aufwand ist.
Freue mich auf reges Interesse.
Die Wohnung liegt in Oberau. Ca 15. Gehminuten in die Innenstadt und lediglich 3 Minuten zur nächsten Straßenbahnhaltestelle. In 2 Minuten ist man an der Dreisam. Dieser Teil der Dreisam ist Ohne Straße. Das heißt hier kann man sehr gut mal Pause machen und einen Kaffee zu sich nehmen. Es gibt 2 Bäcker in der nähe. einmal 3 Minuten und einmal 5 Minuten Gehweg.
