Stock, Aufzug vorhanden, mit Balkon nach Südosten und Blick auf Schauinsland und Schönberg. Sie ist voll möbliert, besitzt eine kleine Küche, Wohnzimmer mit großem Schreibtisch und Sofa, Bad mit Dusche/WC und ein Schlafzimmer mit Bett (140x200). Sonstige Einrichtungen: Waschmaschine im Gemeinschaftskeller, Hof zum Fahrrad abstellen, Internet, Telefonanschluss mit Festnetz-Flat.
Ruhige Lage in Freiburg Haslach, Bus- und Tramhaltestelle 4min zu Fuß, Innenstadt 15 min und Uniklinik 10 min mit dem Fahrrad entfernt. In der Nähe befinden sich Post, dm und Lidl leicht zu Fuß erreichbar.
