wir suchen einen Nachmieter ab 1.11. für unsere 2,5-Zimmer Altbauwohnung mit 75m² in Freiburg / Stühlinger. Die Miete beträgt 630,-€ KM mit ca. 106,- € NK ohne Heizung. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss und hat einen Balkon mit Zugang zum abgeschlossenen Innenhof, ein Bad mit Wanne und Fenster, separate Toilette, Fliesen bzw. Teppichboden und einen rustikalen Kaminofen (sehr gemütlich im Winter!). Die Hausgemeinschaft inklusive der Vermieterin ist sehr angenehm. Nach schlechten Erfahrung mit einer WG im Haus wünscht die Vermieterin ruhige und solvente Nachmieter.
