wir bieten unsere schoene 3,5 Zimmer-Wohnung (Unser kleines Zimmer würden wir mit unseren privaten Sachen füllen.), somit nur noch 2,5 Zimmer Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete von Februar bis Mitte April an. Die Wohnung liegt im Stühlinger, also recht zentral. 10 Minuten Fußweg zum Hauptbahnhof, 15 Minuten Fußweg zur Innenstadt. Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Balkons, Bad mit Wanne, die restlichen Räume sind ausgestattet mit allem, was man zum Leben braucht.
Im Schlafzimmer ist ein 1,80m breites Doppelbett, im Wohnzimmer gibt es eine Schlafcouch.
Die Wohnung kostet 800 Festpreis pro Monat (plus 1 Miete Kaution).
