Gesucht wird eine weibliche Nachmieterin, die bereits berufstätig ist.
56 am, hell, ohne Aufzug, Süd-Balkon, Waschmaschine, große Wohnküche, 2 Zimmer Teilmöbliert, 1 Fahrradstellplatz im Hinterhof.
Da uns sehr viele Anfragen erreichen, würde es uns die Auswahl sehr erleichtern, wenn sich wirklich nur Einzelpersonen melden würden ;)
Gerne ist auch eine evtl. Mietbürgschaft erwünscht, wenn möglich.
Sehr gute Erfahrungen haben wir bisher auch mit we-Pendlern gemacht bzw. Personen, die geregelte Berufszeiten haben und nachts, wie wir auch schlafen ;) oder Personen, die selten vor Ort sind.
Zwei Gehminuten zum Hauptbahnhof.
