Ein sehr großer Raum ca 25m², die anderen zwei ca. 17m² und 15m², zwei Bäder, Badewanne, ein großer Balkon, durchgehend über zwei Räume, ein kleiner Balkon in der Küche. Kellerraum, Stellplatz, Fahrradkeller. Die Küche ist spartanisch eingerichtet. Keine richtige Einbauküche im klassischen Sinne. Bei Interesse lieber gleich besichtigen.
Ideale Lage, Straßenbahnhaltestelle 2min. entfernt, trotzdem sehr ruhig. In 10min. am Bertoldsbrunnen. Sämtliche Läden in unmittelbarer Nähe. Mit dem Fahrstuhl kommt man direkt vom Haus aus in die Weinberge und weiter innerhalb von 10/15 min. in den Wald.
Preis und Lage der Wohnung sind besonders. Ich suche etwas ähnliches mit zwei Zimmern.
