Ich suche ab sofort einen Nachmieter für unsere 1,5-Zimmer Wohnung im Dachgeschoss mit 2 großen Terrassen (Attika) ausgerichtet jeweils nach Osten und nach Westen. Das Gebäude ist Baujahr 1995 und in sehr gutem Zustand. Es liegt in einer kleinen Straße an der Bahntrasse, d.h. mit Bahnlärm aber ohne Autolärm.
Kein Aufzug (4. OG), Tiefgaragestellplatz inbegriffen (die 45€ unter sonstige Kosten).
Die Wohnung ist leer und gestrichen und ab sofort frei.
Ich suche einen Nachmieter, der allein oder höchstens zu Zweit möglichst bald einziehen will und kann. Durch den Zuschnitt (kein zweites Zimmer) ist die Wohnung nicht WG-geeignet.
