Hallo ,
ich würde gerne meine 2 Zimmerwohnung wegen einem Auslandsaufenthalt in Nepal von 22.2.19 bis 06.04.2019 untervermieten.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Wohn/Esszimmer, einer separaten Küche, Badezimmer und einem Schlafzimmer. Desweiteren hat sie einen schönen Balkon. Ich würde die Wohnung komplett möbliert vermieten, natürlich mit Platz für eure Sachen. Es ist alles da was man so braucht: von Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine bis WLAN.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Einkaufszentrum Zentrum Oberwiehre ( mit dm, Rewe, Alnatura, Apotheke...) und 1 min zur nächsten Straßenbahnhaltestelle. In die Innenstadt sind es zu Fuß 15 min. Auch hat man die Dreisam und den Schlossberg vor der Tür. Auch die Uniklinik ist in 15 min dem Fahrrad zu erreichen, Institutsviertel 10 min, Ph ca 5 min mit dem Rad.
Ich würde mich freuen euch vorher persönlich kennen zu lernen. Das Datum des Ein oder Auszuges ist recht flexibel im angegebenen Zeitraum.
