1,5-Zimmer-Wohnung, 5min zur Innenstadt, zur Zwischenmiete (Mai/Juni)

Hallo liebe Menschen,

ich vermiete von Anfang Mai bis Ende Juni meine wunderschöne 1,5-Zimmer DG-Wohnung unter. Die Wohnung liegt zwischen Haltestelle Schwabentor und Brauereri Ganter, man ist in 5-10min in die Innenstadt gelaufen, mit dem Fahrrad ist man dort in 3min. Die Dreisam liegt direkt hinterm Haus. Es gibt im Haus einen Waschraum mit Münz-Waschmaschine und -Trockner.

Da ich Dir meine geliebte Butze und mein gesamtes Hab und Gut überlasse, muss ich Dir vertrauen können, daher schreib mir doch ein paar Worte zu Dir:)

Und: Bitte beachtet, dass es sich um ein befristetes Angebot handelt - je nach Bedarf kann ich aber ggf. auch noch in den Juli erstrecken.

Hello lovely people,

I´m subletting my beautiful 1.5-room apartment from the beginning of May to the end of June. The apartment is located between stop Schwabentor and Brauereri Ganter, it is a 5-10 minutes walk to the city center, with the bike it only takes you like a couple minutes. The Dreisam is located directly behind the house. There is a laundry room in the house with a coin-operated washer and dryer.

Since I leave you my beloved Home and all my belongings, I must be able to trust you, so write me a few words about you :)

And: Please note that this is a temporary offer - I can also extend into July as required.
