Wir bieten eine sehr schöne, gemütliche und familienfreundliche Wohnung mit großer, ruhiger Terasse im Grünen. Die Wohnung ist hell, im Sommer angenehm kühl und im Winter leicht zu heizen. Im Mietpreis sind bereits die Strom- und Wasserkosten enthalten!
Wir suchen eine kleinere und vor allem günstigere Wohnung in Freiburg - max. 25 min mit dem Fahrrad bis zur Innenstadt. Stadtteil ist vorerst egal.
Die Wohnung sollte nicht teurer als 650 Euro warm sein und mindestens 50 m² haben. Terasse oder Balkon oder bestenfalls ein kleiner Garten wäre uns wichtig.

Das Haus liegt am Stadtrand in verkehrsberuhigter Lage und ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel gut zu erreichen. In 5 Minuten ist man am Waldrand, wo es schöne Jogging- und Spaziermöglichkeiten gibt. Mit dem Rad sind es ca. 15 min bis in die Innenstadt.
