Hallo,
ich suche für meine Wohnung in der Freisinger Innenstadt einen Zwischenmieter für den Monat Februar.
Kleine Gemütliche Wohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett), kleinem Wohnzimmer mit Couch und Schreibtisch sowie einer Küche (mit integriertem Bad!;) )
Alles voll möbliert und ausgestattet.
Gerne auch mit Partner beziehbar. Allerdings nicht wirklich WG tauglich.
Zentrale Lage mitten in der Altstadt, zu allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Zu der Uni/FH sind es mit dem Fahrrad ca. 10min, zum Bahnhof ca.7min
Gute Parksituation hinter dem Haus allerdings kostenpflichtig (zwischen ca. 8-18 Uhr), die nächste kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit liegt beim Bahnhof.
Der Mietpreis liegt unter dem, was ich gerade im Monat für die Wohnung zahle, verlange dafür eine kleine Kaution von 100€.
Es wär wichtig, dass sich um die vielen Zimmerpflanzen gekümmert wird (sprich gießen!).
Gleich vorweg: Kein Fernseh- und auch kein Internetanschluss.
