Die Böden sind überwiegend noch alte Holzdielen.

Über das kleine Zimmer gelangt man auf einen ca 2,5 qm grossen Balkon.

Zum S-Bahnhof Freising gehen Sie ca 1100 m. Zur Altstadt/ Zentrum sind es ca 800 m. Ein kleineres
Einkaufszentrum ist ca 600 m entfernt.

Die Wohnung soll bevorzugt an Studenten vermietet werden.
Eine Einbauküche ist vorhanden.
