Hallo, wir bieten unsere Wohnung zur Untermiete von 01.04.-30.05.23 an.
Die Wohnung ist im 1.Stock, die Vermieter wohnen im Erdgeschoss. 2 der 3 Zimmer können genutzt werden, außerdem gibt es einen geräumigen Balkon. Am besten geeignet wäre die Wohnung für ein Paar oder eine Einzelperson (Nichtraucher, ohne Haustiere). Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und die Küche ist mit Ofen und Spülmaschine ausgestattet. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer kann als Schlafsofa verwendet werden. Im Keller steht eine eigene Waschmaschine.
Die Wohnung liegt in direkter Nähe zum Campus Weihenstephan im Statdteil Vötting-Weihenstephan. Die Freisinger Altstadt und der Bahnhof sind zu Fuß/per Rad oder per Bus schnell zu erreichen.
Da noch nicht sicher ist wie lange wir noch in Freising wohnen, könnte die Wohnung eventuell im Laufe des Sommers übernommen werden, allerdings nicht direkt im Anschluss an die Untervermietung.
