Die Mietwohnung in Fürstenzell, Tannenweg 5 bietet einen kostenlosen Stellplatz, 3 Min Fußweg zum Supermarkt Netto und ist sowohl als Single als auch als Paar-Wohnung geeignet. Wie auf den Bildern zu erkennen, ist sie topmodern und in ruhiger Lage. Die Wohnung ist mit einer Elektro-infrarot Heizung ausgestattet und im Bad ist eine Fußbodenheizung eingebaut. Die elektrische Heizung muss aber aufgrund eines Holzofens nicht genutzt werden. Somit sind die Heizkosten sehr variabel je nach Heizart. Selbstverständlich ist ein DSL-Telekom-Anschluss oder Vodafone (Kabel Deutschland)-Anschluss möglich.
Die Küche und der Holzofen sind insgesamt in der Höhe von 800,00 Euro abzulösen. Dieser Betrag ist mit der Auflage, dass ich weißeln sollte verhandelbar.
