Erstbezug nach komplettrenovierung. Die 2 zimmer wohnung befindet sich im 2.og und hat einen kleinen "raucherbalkon". Bad und wc sind getrennt und verfügen über tageslicht und fenster. Die fliesen wurden dem baujahr des hauses (1903) angepasst. Die wohnung ist hell und ruhig (30er zone) gelegen und hat den typischen jugendstil charme. Über die gasetagenheizung kann man selbst bestimmen, wann und wie geheizt wird. Ein fahrradkeller und separates kellerabteil gehört ebenfalls zur wohnung.
1a ruhige, sonnige lage im zentrum von fürth. 2 gehminuten zur u-bahn. In der selben zeit ist man im wiesengrund. Ideal für radfahrer und öffibenutzer.
Bevorzugt als studenten wg, bei der der hauptmieter mit den eltern als bürgen im mietvertrag steht. Keine küche vorhanden (kann aber gegen aufpreis eingebaut werden)
