Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine Zweizimmerwohnung in Fürth. Die Wohnung ist vollmöbliert (Küche, Bett, ein sehr gutes Schlafsofa, Kleiderschrank, Tisch, Stühle etc.) und wurde erst zum 01.05.2020 das erste Mal bezogen, daher sehr modern. Sie hat einen großen Balkon mit zwei Zugängen, eine Fußbodenheizung und ein Kellerabteil, das sich auf derselben Etage befindet. Zudem gibt es einen Aufzug, eine Tiefgarage und Waschmaschinen, die man gegen zwei Euro benutzen kann. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut schallisoliert - ich habe meine Nachbarn noch nie gehört. Die Wohnung ist eher für eine Person geeignet - zu zweit wäre sie zu klein.
Der Tiefgaragenstellplatz mit 75 Euro monatlich muss auch übernommen werden, kann aber weitervermietet werden.
I am looking for a new renter for this two room flat in Fürth. The flat is furnished (kitchen, bed, couch, cupboard, fridge, table, chairs etc.) and was built last year, so everything is new ans modern. The flat has a big balcony with two accesses, an underground heating and a cellar. There is a lift, underground parking and washing machines. The flat is well insulated against noise and coldness. The flat is perfectly suitable for one person. The underground parking is also to be rented for 75 Euro per month but it can be easily subrented.
