Die komplett neu renovierte Wohnung befindet sich im 6. Stockwerk (mit Lift) und verfügt über einen wunderschönen Fernblick vom Balkon. Es gibt keine Häuser direkt gegenüber, daher ist der Wohnraum komplett nicht einsehbar.
Das große Wohnzimmer hat ein sehr großes Fenster, so dass der Wohnraum bis zum späten Abend perfekt beleuchtet wird, und lässt sich sehr praktisch in 2 Zimmer trennen.
Die separate Küche hat einen Waschmaschinenanschluss und ein kleines Fenster, das Bad ist mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet.
Im Innenhof gibt es Parkplätze für Bewohner des Hauses. Ansonsten findet man problemlos einen Parkplatz nicht weit vom Eingang.
Die Wohnung liegt nicht weit von der U-Bahn-Station Stadtgrenze (5 Min. zu Fuß).
Perfekte Einkaufmöglichkeiten: Ebenfalls fußläufig erreichen Sie das Einkaufszentrum Phönix Center (Edeka, Deichmann, C&A, Dehner, italienisches Restaurant, Sushi-Restaurant, Döner uvm.).
Ein Lotto-Laden ist gleich um die Ecke.
