Die Wohnung wurde 2019 grundsaniert und hatte danach ersten einen Mieter. Alle Wände sind weiss, Bad und Einbauküche sind immer noch neu.
Das Highlight ist das große Fenster zum Garten und der wohnungseigenen kleinen Terrasse.
Fahrradabstellplatz vorhanden.
Zu erreichen ist die Wohnung über einen eigenen kleinen Treppenaufgang an der Seite des Hauses. Man ist also für sich und muss durch kein Treppenhaus.
Das Sandfeld ist die schönste und harmonischste Wohngegend in Giessen. Von hier ist man durch den Radweg an der Lahn in wenigen Minuten in der Innenstadt, oder kommt über die neue Lahnbrücke schnell in die Natur und in die Weststadt.
