Die Wohnung hat 2,5 Zimmer und eignet sich perfekt als WG und Pärchen. Wir haben die Wohnung zu zweit als Wg genutzt und werden Ende Juni ausziehen, daher wird die Wohnung ab dem 1.Juli beziehbar sein. In der Wohnung befindet sich eine Einbauküche und eine Duschbadewanne. Wir würden gerne ein paar Möbel in der Wohnung lassen, natürlich nur nach Absprache. Die Wohnung hat einen Balkon, welcher mit beiden Zimmern verbunden ist.
Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage und liegt in Bahnhof nähe, daher sind ÖPNV innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreichbar. Edeka, Aldi und Rossmann sind auch gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
