Für meine schöne und gemütliche Wohnung suche ich einen Nachmieter, der sich an der Wohnung ebenso erfreuen kann wie ich.
Die Lage ist absolut unschlagbar!! (Zu Fuß: Bahnhof 10 min, Seltersweg (Haupteinkaufsstraße) 1 min; zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke)
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, mit Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Waschmaschine und Herd/Backofen) und wird gegen einen Abschlag an den neuen Mieter übergeben.
Das Badezimmer ist ein Tageslichtbad mit Fenster und Badewanne. Beide Zimmer sind ca. gleich groß, da eins der Zimmer ein Durchgangszimmer ist, ist die Wohnung jedoch nicht WG-tauglich. Die Nachbarn sind alle nett und man kann sich nur wohl fühlen!
