Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. OG eines Neubaus am alten Schlachthof. Sie hat 2 etwa gleich große Zimmer mit bodentiefen Fenstern, ein Bad mit barrierefreier Dusche, Waschmaschinenanschluss und ebenfalls bodentiefem Fenster. Die Flurküche ist mit einer neuen Einbauküche ausgestattet (Kühl-/Gefrierkombi, Herd mit Backofen, Spülmaschine, Einbauschränke). Die Wohnung wurde im Oktober 2016 von mir erstbezogen. Hochwertiges Eichenparkett, im Bad anthrazitfarbene Fliesen. Fußbodenheizung in der gesamten Wohnung, ebenso elektrische Jalousien. Das Haus hat einen Fahrstuhl (was sich alleine schon für den Einzug lohnt :-) )
Die Gießener Innenstadt ist nur ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt, ebenso finden sich zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe (Tegut, Rewe, Penny, Lidl, Biomarkt...). Alle Uni-Gebäude sind mit Rad oder Bus schnell zu erreichen. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich quasi vor der Tür (1 Minute Fußweg).
