wir ziehen um und suchen Nachmieter für unsere WG-geeignete 2 Zimmer Wohnung im Asterweg.
Die Wohnung ist ca 64m² groß, verfügt über eine Einbauküche inkl. Kühlschrank, einen Balkon, einen Kellerraum, Kabelfernsehanschluß und neu installierte Fenster. Außerdem ist in der Miete die Reinigung des Treppenhauses und Winterdienst enthalten.
Die Miete setzt sich wie folgt zusammen
Kaltmiete 540€
Betriebskosten 140€
Heizkosten 70€
Gesamt also 750€
Die Wohnung kann Anfang November bezogen werden, später ist aber natürlich auch möglich.
