Die Wohnung liegt ruhig in einer Seitenstraße nahe der ÖPNV Anbindung. Sie hat 3 Zimmer, ein Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche, sowie ein Küche mit kleinen Abstellkammer. Im Keller ist ein Gemeinschaftswaschraum mit ausreichend Platz für Waschmaschine und Trockner, sowie zum aufhängen der Wäsche. Zudem gehört ein abschließbares Kellerabteil mit zur Wohnung.
Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist zu Fuß in zwei Minuten erreichbar. Mit dem Auto ist man in 2 Minuten auf der Autobahn. Trotz der nahen Lager zur Autobahn ist es in d er Wohnung nicht laut. Mit dem Bus braucht man ca. 15-20min in die Innenstadt. Mit dem Fahrrad ca. 20 min.
