Die Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer, ein Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit einem großen Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine und einer extra Gefriertruhe. Auch ein Balkon ist vorhanden. Außerdem ist für die Wohnung auch eine Abstellkammer vorhanden. Eine Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls da. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert, aber was genau da bleiben kann oder was ich für die Zeit rausnehmen soll, ist verhandelbar:-)
Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe des Schwanenteichs. Man ist in etwa 5 min. am Berliner Platz und hat so auch direkt Zugang zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Die Uni erreicht man in 15 min zu Fuß. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
Ich werde ab Februar ein Auslandssemester machen und würde mich sehr freuen, wenn ich meine Wohnung für die Zeit an jemanden untervermieten könnte. Kontaktier mich gerne, wenn du noch fragen hast oder die Wohnung mal anschauen möchtest:-)
