ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine Wohnung.
Sie hat 2 1/2 Zimmer, das Haus wurde vor 3 Jahren komplett saniert und ist in einem super Zustand!
Es gibt ein schönes helles Wohnzimmer, ein Schlafzimmer, ein kleines Zimmer(ich habe es als Ankleidezimmer genutzt), eine große Küche und ein tolles großes Tageslichtbad mit Wanne!
Die Wohnung ist super zentral in Gießen, man ist in 5min. am Bahnhof und in 5 mib. im Seltersweg.
Da die Wohnung nach hinten raus geht, ist es aber sehr ruhig.
Eine Einbauküche ist vorhanden, möchte ich aber für 340 Euro abgeben.
Nachmieter ab dem 15.8.12!
