Die Wohnung ist hell und freundlich und hat insgesamt ca. 40 qm. Zur Wohnung gehört ein eigener Keller, ein Fahrradkeller ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Warmmiete beträgt 490,- Euro (zuzüglich Strom und Gas).
Die Wohnung liegt in Gießen-Kleinlinden nahe der Frankfurter Straße, in ruhiger Seitenstraße. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ganz in der Nähe: nur eine Minute zu Fuß dauert es zur nächsten Bushaltestelle (Linie 1 Richtung Stadt und Berliner Platz oder Richtung Kleinlinden Ortskern und weiter). Ein Hof gehört zum Haus, auf dem gute Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden sind.
Im Haus wohnen nur Student*innen. Sehr ruhiges Klima im Haus vorhanden. Keine Tiere erlaubt. Einzug auch zum 01.02./15.02.20 möglich, sonst 01.03. oder evtl. 01.04.20. Die Wohnung ist ideal für eine 2-er-Student*innen-WG oder ein Student*innen-Paar. In der Wohnung befindet sich neben der Einbauküche auch ein Tisch und Stühle.
