Ich vermiete meine möblierte 2-Zimmer-Wohnung im Stühlinger von Januar bis März unter. Die Wohnung ist 36 m² groß, hat eine kleine voll ausgestattete Küche und einen großen Balkon. Die Zimmer sind hell und die Wohnung ist fast immer warm, selbst wenn die Heizung aus ist, da sie direkt über dem Heizraum liegt. Es wäre schön, wenn du dich während der Zwischenmiete um meine Pflanzen und kümmern könntest.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral im Stühlinger, mit Supermärkten, Restaurants, Bus/Straßenbahn und Dreisam in unter 5 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Auch zum Hauptbahnhof und in die Innenstadt ist man in unter 15 Minuten gelaufen. Trotz allem ist die Wohnung ruhig, da sie im 4. OG liegt (Aufzug vorhanden) und von der Straße weg gelegen ist.
