Schweren Herzens ziehe ich aus meiner EG-1R-Wohnung aus, weil ich in eine WG ziehen möchte. Sie liegt ruhig an einer Einbahnstrasse, man ist aber sehr schnell in der Innenstadt, die FH ist in 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad erreicht, und die Wohnung liegt autobahnnah. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls um die Ecke zu erreichen (ALDI und "Tante-Emma-Laden").
Sie hat ein schönes großes Wohn/Schlafzimmer mit Blick aufs Grüne. Die Küche ist sehr geräumig. Die Nachbarn sind nett und das bad ist mit einer Wanne ausgestattet.
