Looking for someone who can take over the apartment with the furnitures/appliances. Available starting from August. (Taking only the furnitures is also possible.)
• Montly rent (Warmmiete): €830 includes cellar (storage room) in the basement floor, water, and heating. The water and heating costs are adjusted at the end of the (contract) year. Other utilities (such as electricity, phone, internet) not included.
• 3rd floor (4th floor according to US custom, no elevator).
• Fantastic view.
• Free street parking. Parking garage can be requested (subject to availability and extra rent approx. 30 EUR).
• From a pet and smoking free home. (If you want to keep a pet, you will need to talk with the landlord.)
• Bus lines 91/92 right in front of the apartment
• Groceries (tegut, ALDI) within 5-10 minutes walking distance
• Childcare within 5-15 minutes walking distance.
• House doctor available at the adjacent building.
For the furnitures and appliances, I ask €1300 in total (negotiable). If you wish to take only the furnitures and appliances, that's possible. But you'll have to move them out. A detailed list of furnitures/appliances can be provided upon request. Here is a quick list of items I am selling:
• sofa (less than a year old), dining table, chairs, desks, cabinets, drawers, bookshelves, one child bed (but no adult size bed)
• refrigerator, oven, dishwasher (these 3 items are less than a year old), washing machine (no dryer), microwave
• floor lamps and table lamps
Things that are not included are (I am taking these with me):
• wall clock, plastic or cardboard boxes
• dishes, spoons, knives, pans, and also the small items you see on top of the small shelf on the kitchen wall
• computer peripherals (but the scanner and inkjet printer you can take).
