Ich suche dringend einen Nachmieter für meine 2 Zimmer Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist hell und geräumig. Sie ist ideal für eine WG. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Einbauküche mit Esszimmer. In der Wohnung befindet sich ein großer Flur und eine kleine Abstellkammer. Zur Wohnung gehört ebenfalls ein Waschraum, in welchem Waschmaschinen und Trockner für die Gemeinschaft bereit gestellt werden. Zu der Wohnung kann ein Parkplatz für 20 € im Monat angemietet werden. Die Wohnung an sich befindet sich im Stadtteil Grone und befindet sich 15 min. (Fahrrad) entfernt von der Uni.
Direkt vor der Haustür fährt ein Bus in Richtung Zentrum. Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe der Uni und man kann zu Fuß innerhalb von 10 min. den Bahnhof erreichen. Direkt in der Nähe befindet sich ein Supermarkt, Apotheke, Drogerie und Post. Ebenaflls ist die Innenstadt leicht und schnell zu erreichen.
In der Wohnung sind Haustiere erlaubt. Das Haus verfügt über einen Fahrstuhl und einen Fahhrradkeller.
