Da ich von September bis Mitte April nicht in Göttingen bin, vermiete ich meine Wohnung unter. 35 qm, 2,5 Zimmer, möbliert und voll ausgestattet. Schlafzimmer, kleiner Flur, Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa und Essecke, Bad und voll ausgestattete Küche (Herd mit 4 Platten, Backofen, Mikrowelle, kleine Tiefkühltruhe, Waschmaschine)
Das Wohnzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer, deswegen ist die Wohnung nicht WG-geeignet.
In der Warmmiete ist alles enthalten, einschließlich Internet.
Since I won’t be in Göttingen from September to April, I’ll sublet my — fully furnished — apartment: 35 m2, 2,5 rooms, fully furnished and equipped with everything you might need. Bedroom, hallway with storage, living room with sleeper couch and dining corner, fully equipped kitchen with full stove, oven, microwave, small freezer chest, washing machine.
As you have to go through the living room to get to the kitchen and bathroom, the apartment isn’t made for a flatshare, but is perfect for one person or a couple.
The rent includes everything (heat, electricity, internet etc)
Die Wohnung liegt in Grone in ruhiger Lage, im 3. Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses, mit kleinem Park direkt vor der Tür. 10 Radminuten vom Bahnhof und 15 Minuten von der Uni, 2 Bushaltestellen in 5 Minuten Laufweite. Einkaufszentrum mit Edeka, Alnatura, DM etc direkt ums Eck, weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.
The house is in Grone in a quiet neighborhood, next to a little park. By bike, it’s 10 minutes to the train station and 15 to the university, with two bus stops within a 5 minute walk. Large shopping center and smaller stores within 5 minutes as well.
Mietzeiten +/- 2 Wochen flexibel.
