Hallo,
wir ziehen leider aus unserer schönen gut gelegenen WG aus. Die Wohnung besteht aus 2 Zimmern, die beide circa 16m2 groß sind. Die Küche ist geräumig und war Haupttreffpunkt in unserem WG Leben. Bei Interesse können ein Küchenschrank und eine Küchenanrichte für 25€ übernommen werden.
In diesem Haus dürfen nur Studenten wohnen.
Die Wohnung liegt am Kreuzbergring, fünf Minuten zu Fuß vom Hauptcampus entfernt. Rewe, Penny und Lidl sind mit dem Fahrrad in fünf Minuten erreichbar. Zum IFL sind es sieben Minuten mit dem Fahrrad und zur Norduni je nachdem wohin man möchte 10-15 Minuten. In die Stadt radelt man auch in 5-7 Minuten.
Die Wohnung ist ideal für Studenten, im Sommer kann im Garten gegrillt werden. Ein paar Stühle und ein Tische stehen im Garten. Spontane Partys sind kein Problem, alle im Haus sind sehr offen und es hat sich noch niemand über Lärm beschwert!! Im Keller kann man seine Waschmaschiene unterbringen. :)
