Hi,
ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine Wohnung zum 1.8.
Die Wohnung ist ca. 30qm groß. Es gibt zwei kleine ungefähr gleichgroße Zimmer (ca. 12qm). Das Bad ist relativ geräumig und hat ein Fenster und Platz für eine Waschmaschine. Auf dem Flur ist die Pantryküche mit zwei Herdplatten und Kühlschrank. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung ganz gemütlich und vergleichsweise günstig. DIE WOHNUNG IST NICHT WG-GEEIGNET UND AUCH FÜR PAARE IST SIE EINFACH ZU KLEIN. Lage ist top! Parken ist hier ohne Anwohnerparkausweis möglich. Warmwasser ist im Strompreis inbegriffen (kommt zur warmmiete von 370€ noch hinzu!).
Ich würde gern meine Waschmaschine und einige Regalbretter da lassen, sowie Gardinenstangen und evtl auch das Sofa. Dafür hätte ich gerne einen Abschlag, darüber könnten wir dann persönlich verhandeln, wenn Interesse besteht.
