Möblierte 2-Zimmer Wohnung in der Innenstadt

Die Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel für 1-2 Personen. Es hat ein ausreichend großes Wohnzimmer ~15 m2 und ein etwas kleineres Schlafzimmer ~12 m2. Die Küche ist klein, aber hat eine Menge Stauraum. Das Bad ist groß und hat ein Fenster. Ich ziehe in eine andere Stadt und würde die Wohnung gerne ab August mieten. Ich bin nicht der Vermieter, sondern werde Ihnen die Wohnung zeigen, danach, wenn Sie Interesse haben, müssen Sie den Vermieter für weitere Details zu kontaktieren.

Sie müssen einen Vertrag mit den Anbietern für Strom und Internet abschließen, der Rest wird gestellt und ist insgesamt in den Nebenkosten enthalten (so viel habe ich bisher ungefähr bezahlt).

Ich lasse auch fast alle Möbel stehen, außer Technik wie das Heimkino und Laptops :) Alles in allem wird es 320 Euro kosten. Die Möbel umfassen:

- Küchentische
- Waschmaschine
- Bett
- Kleiderschrank
- Sofa
- Schreibtisch
- Esstisch
- HiFi-Regal
- 2xStühle
- andere kleine Dinge wie Nachttische

Auch die Wand im Bad soll vom Vermieter repariert werden, was Sie separat mit dem Vermieter besprechen sollten.

The apartment is very comfortable for 1-2 people. It has a big enough living room ~15 m2 and a bit smaller bedroom ~12 m2. The kitchen is small but has a lot of storage room. The bathroom is big and has a window. I'm moving to another city and would like to rent it from August. I am not the landlord but will show you the apartment, after that if you have interest, you need to contact the landlord for further details.

You will need to make a contract with providers for electricity and Internet, the rest is provided and altogether is counted in extra costs (that's approximately how much I paid so far).

I am also leaving almost all the furniture, except technics like the home cinema and laptops :) Altogether it will cost you 320 Euros. The furniture includes:

Also, the wall in the bathroom is planned to be repaired by the landlord, which you should discuss separately with the landlord.
