Es handelt sich bei dieser Wohnung um eine sehr schöne, helle Wohnung im Dachgeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Es gibt zwei Zimmer, allerdings ist das eine ein Durchgangszimmer, sodass die Wohnung nicht für eine WG, aber gut für Paare geeignet ist. Es gibt ein geräumiges Badezimmer mit einer Badewanne, einen Flur, eine relativ große Loggia nach Süden und eine kleine Küche mit Einbauküche. Im Keller befinden sich eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner, die gegen Wertmarken (bei der Hausverwaltung erhältlich) benutzt werden können. Es gibt aber auch einen Waschmaschinenanschluss im Bad.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral, die Innenstadt ist in fünf Minuten zu Fuß, der Campus in fünf Minuten mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Ein Bäcker sowie eine Plusfiliale sind direkt um die Ecke.
