Wir werden unsere gemütliche Wohnung am 15.12.2010 verlassen. Die Wohnung ist 39m2 + Balkon. Die Wohn- und Schalfzimmer sind groß, und beide haben große Fenster. Der Balkon ist auch groß. Die Küche und Bad sind relativ klein, jedoch waren beide genug für zwei Personen. Es gibt ein Keller. Anwohner kann einen Parkplatz für etwa 50 Euro pro Monat mieten.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt im Zentrum. Bahnhof ist nur 5 min zu Fuß weg. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe (Netto, Rewe, Perfetto, Tegut in 3 min).
Warmmiete ist 445 Euro + Strom. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig.
