Die Wohnung hat 2 Zimmer, wovon eines ein kleines "Anhangszimmer" (allerdings ohne Tür) hat, was sich gut als kleines Schlafzimmer eignet. Die Küche ist so geräumig, dass man dort gut sitzen kann. Die Terasse gehört nur zu der Wohnung. Dort kann man super in der Hängematte liegen und lesen. Das Bad ist sehr klein, aber mit Fenster.
Ich zahle an der Vermieter incl. Nebenkosten 360 Euro, dazu Gas (80 Euro) und Strom (26 Euro), insgesamt 466 Euro).
Ich wohne hier momentan mit meiner Tochter, aber für ein Pärchen oder eine 2er-WG wäre es auch gut geeignet.
