Whole floor, brightly lit, completely furnished, 110 sq meter apartment in the pedestrian zone of Downtown Göttingen. I am looking for a tidy, conscientious person/people/family to rent my apartment for the summer (University and/or Max Planck affiliated preferred). I have a washer and dryer in the apartment, a fully appointed kitchen, and a spacious living room. Internet is also included in the rent.
We are in the city center and well connected to everything, including shops, restaurants, and buses. The Botanical Gardens are right around the corner and the place is within walking distance of everything else. We are about a 5-10 minute walk from the Bahnhof. Since we are on the fourth floor we have a great view of the city.
The building is quiet, housing two families and another couple. I have space in the basement for storage, if needed. Private Parking in a nearby garage is available for rent. Please just send me an email or call me and we can set up a time to talk about the flat and/or visit the apartment.
