Die Wohnung:
- 2 ca gleichgroße Zimmer, beide über 20m², mit Echtholz Parkett und jew. großer Fensterfront zur Jüdenstraße
- große Wohnküche mit Holzdielen, Abendsonne und viel Platz für Sofa, nen Esstisch & Omas Küchenschrank oder was man da so reinstellen mag.
- ebenfalls recht geräumiges Duschbad mit Fenster.
Miete zZt. 570 warm (+Strom)
Innenstadt, Jüdenstr. 13 (über "Wollzauber", 3.OG)
Alles was man so braucht praktisch direkt um die Ecke:
Netto, REWE, Kaufland, Alnatura, Bars, Restaurants, Apo ... alles in 5 Min zu Fuß erreichbar.
Zum Hbf und zur SUB sind's ca. 15min zu Fuß, knapp 10min mit dem Fahrrad.
Die Vermieter bevorzugen berufstätige (oder zuverlässige studentische) Paare als Nachmieter.
Kühlschrank, WaMa, SpüMa und einige Einbauten (Gardinen, Plissees, Haken, Badspiegel und -Ablagen) solltet Ihr bereit sein gegen Abstand zu übernehmen.
