Die Wohnung ist im DG, hat 55qm (in Wirklichkeit mehr wegen der Dachschrägen) und wurde mit Laminat ausgestattet (außer ein Zimmer mit Teppich). Es sind zwei kleine (Schlaf-) Zimmer mit ca. 13-14qm und eine große Wohnküche die mit einem Tresen zum Rest abgetrennt ist. Dazu gibt es eine Abseite die wir als begehbaren Kleiderschrank genutzt haben.
Die Wohnung ist für eine 2er-WG geeignet oder aber für ein Pärchen.
