Ich suche ab Januar 2016 einen Nachmieter für meine schöne helle ca. 55 qm2 Wohnung im Ostviertel. Die Wohnung hat zwei relativ gleich große Zimmer und einen Balkon mit Blick auf Garten mit viel Sonne am Nachmittag. Das Tageslicht-Bad mit Badewanne ist neu renoviert. Die Einbauküche kann gegen 200 Euro Ablöse übernommen werden. Zur Wohnung gehört auch ein Kellerabteil.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Göttinger Ostviertel in ruhiger Lage (Sackgasse). Parken ohne Parkausweis ist hier jederzeit möglich. In ca. 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Innenstadt, in ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad am Kiessee und am Uni-Campus. In unmittelbarer Nähe Rewe, Bäckerei, Apotheke, Kino und Ärztehaus.
Bei Interesse können wir gerne einen Besichtigungstermin vereinbaren. Ich bin am besten zwischen 17:30 und 21 Uhr telefonisch erreichbar. I wil also gladly answer, in English or Spanish, any questions you may have.
