Die Dachgeschosswohnung ist ca. 50 qm groß und weist ein Zimmer zur Jüdenstrasse und ein weiteres Zimmer zum Hof auf. An das vordere Zimmer grenzt eine Loggia an. Die eingerichtete Küche befindet sich im Eingangsbereich; sie bietet auch Platz für einen Eßplatz. Das Bad ist mit einer Dusche ausgestattet, es bleibt Platz für eine Waschmaschine. Zudem gibt es um die Ecke einen Waschsalon. Im Haus befindet sich auch ein Fahrradkeller.
Die Wohnung ist im Wesentlichen mit einem Laminatboden versehen.
Die Lage ist direkt in der Innenstadt, so dass die Uni und Geschäfte und Busse sehr gut erreichbar sind.
Eine Besichtigung ist für Mittwoch, den 17. Februar 2016 geplant. Es wird um Anmeldung per E-mail gebeten, die Uhrzeit wird dann vereinbart.
Im Mietpreis sind die Kosten für Strom und WLAN nicht enthalten.
