Super schöne sanierte Altbauwohnung, zwei abgetrennte Zimmer, jeweils 14 qm, Fenster Richtung Südseite, insgesamt ist die Wohnung 75 qm groß. Küche und Wohnzimmer ist ein großer Wohnbereich (quasi das dritte Zimmer). Ein Super ausgestattete Küche ist drin und dazu noch viel Platz für Tisch, Stühle, Sofa usw.
Balkon ist daran angeschlossen.
Das Bad hat einen großen Spiegel mit Waschbecken und Schränkchen, eine Heizung an der man Super die Handtücher aufhängen kann und eine Duschbadewanne. Klo ist natürlich auch vorhanden.
Zentraler gehts nicht, alles was man sich wünscht innerhalb weniger Gehminuten erreichbar.
Kleiner Haken: zum 1.4. wird nur mein Zimmer frei, das andere ab dem 1.7. Und dann hättet ihr quasi die Wohnung für euch.
