Ich vermiete eine neu renovierte, wunderschöne 2 Zimmerwohnung mit Bad und Küche quasi am Nabel bis September. Die Wohnung hat 2 Zimmer, je ca. 13 qm, eine Küche und ein Bad, beides neu. Die Wohnung ist mit Parkett ausgestattet, sehr hell und ruhig gelegen. Ferner ist sie unmoebiliert, bei Bedarf kann ich aber Betten in den Zimmern und ggf anderes Mobiliar zur Verfügung stellen :-) Fahrräder können unten im Hausflur abgestellt werden, eine Münzwaschmaschine befindet sich im Keller. Bei Fragen schreibt mir gerne, auch wenn nur Wochenweise gemietet werden wollen sollte.
Die nächste Bushaltestelle erreicht man in 1 Min, Sparkasse/Commerzbank/Volksbank in 2 Minuten, Netto, dm und Tegut ebenfalls um die Ecke. Vom Nabel geht man 2 Minuten zur Wohnung, in der Uni ist man zu Fuss in max. 10 Minuten. Da die Wohnung in der Stadt liegt, sind dementsprechend auch Cafes, Geschäfte und Bars in unmittelbarer Nähe.
