Meine kleine Altbauwohnung ist ca 40 qm groß, hat alles was man so braucht und befindet sich direkt in Göttingens Innenstadt. Die Unterkunft ist ideal für Alleinreisende und Prakitkanten oder Doktoranden. Die Küche biete alles was man braucht, incl. Spülmaschine. Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden. Da es eine Altbauwohnung ist befindet sich die Toilette auf dem Flur und ein zweites Bad ebenfalls und dieses wird mit einem sehr netten Nachbarn teilt. Es ist alles ganz unkompliziert und gab nie Probleme. Das Bad ist auch sehr groß und jeder hat sein eingenes Waschbecken und Schrank und jeder seine Wachmaschine.
Das Haus ist an sich sehr ruhig. Wir haben noch einen kleinen Garten, den man gerne mitbenutzen kann. Im Sommer perfekt zum entspannen.
Mitten in der Innenstadt in einer tollen ruhigen Strasse mit netten Restaurants und Cafés. Nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zum Bus, der direkt zum Klinikum fährt. Mit dem Rad ca. 10 Minuten bis zum Klinikum 5 Minuten bis zum Campus. Rewe, Kaufland und Alnatura direkt um die Ecke. Einfach die perfekte Lage für Göttingen.
Ich suche einen vertrauenswürdigen und ordentlichen Zwischenmieter*in. Die Wohnung wäre auch nur für einen Monat zu haben. Auf Anfrage auch zum 1.5.

The apartment got 40qm everything you need, direkly in the City centre of Göttingen. Its ideal for 1 Person or a couple. Its a quite house with other Students and Familys.Directly in the City centre not far a way from the bus stop. Only 10 Minuits by bike to the clinic. Restraurants, Cafes and Shopping possibilities are right around the corner. It is an old flat so the bathroom is still on the hallway. You have got your own toilet right besides the apartment. The big bathroom with shower and washing Maschine is upstairs and will be shared with another apartment.
