Hallöchen,
wir ziehen leider aus dieser schönen Wohnung aus und suchen daher Nachmieter zu Oktober 2020.
Die Wohnung hat 2 Zimmer, eine Küche mit Wohnbereich (und "Eingangsflur") und ein kleines Bad, sowie Balkon und Gartenmitbenutzung. Beide Zimmer sind ca 17 qm groß, haben eine große Fensterfront zu einer ruhigen Straße raus und einen hellen Laminatboden. Der Balkon geht zum Garten raus und lädt besonders im Sommer zum Verweilen ein. Dazu gibt es einen kleinen Keller und ein kleines Abteil unterm Dach.

unfortunately, we are leaving Göttingen, so this beautiful apartment will be free from October 2020 on.
The flat has two bedrooms, a kitchen + living room area, a bathroom, a balcony and a garden that is shared with the other people in the house. Both rooms are about 17qm, have big windows with the sun shining through in the morning. In addition, we have a small storage room under the roof and in the basement.
Die Wohnung ist Teil eines Mehrfamilienhauses mit 3 weiteren Parteien und liegt sehr zentral in der Nähe des Bahnhofs (5min), der Uni (7min) und der Innenstadt (5-7min). Die Nachbarn sieht und hört man eher selten, genauso wie potentiellen Lärm von der Straße.
Von den Fenstern der Küche aus schaut man direkt auf den Wall, was einem das Gefühl von Natur mitten in der Stadt vermittelt. Und selbstverständlich ist es zum Wall und den Wiesen der Leine auch nicht weit. Daher wirklich wunderschöne Lage mitten im Zentrum der Studentenstadt.

The flat is part of a three-storey house and is supercentral: very close to the station (5min walk), to the university (maybe 7min) and the city centre (5-7min). We almost never hear or see the neighbours and the street is rather calm. From our kitchen we can see the "Wall", a lovely green pathway around the historic city centre, which gives you the feeling of nature in the middle of the action.
Für mehrere Regale ist eine Ablöse von 50€ zu zahlen. Die Wohnung wird besenrein übergeben.
