Ein Kellerraum steht zur Verfügung und man hat auch die Möglichkeit sein Fahrrad abzustellen.
Parkmöglichkeiten sind direkt vor dem Haus vorhanden.
Die Wohnung liegt unmittelbar in der Innenstadt.
Sie ist einen Katzensprung vom Savoy entfernt, zum Bahnhof kommt man in 2 Minuten und auch der ÖPNV ist sofort erreichbar.
Die Wohnung eignet sich ideal für eine 2er WG oder auch für eine einzelne Person.
