Die Wohnung hat ein grosses Schlafzimmer und ein grosses Wohnzimmer mit einem Fensterwand und Zugang zum Balkon. Die Sonne scheint vormittags, so der Balkon ist perfekt für Frühstücke im Sommer. Das Badezimmer hat eine grosse Badewanne. Es ist eine Waschmaschiene Vorhanden im Keller, das für gemeinsame Nutzung mit anderen Mitbewohnern gestattet ist. Die Küche ist retiv neu renoviert, ist nicht älter als zwei Jahren. Das Gebäude ist gut isoliert und wird nicht kalt im Winter mit wenig Heizen.
The Apartment has a large Bed- and Livingroom with a Window instead of a Wall, where you have access to the balcony. It receives light until early afternoon, so the balcony is perfect to have breakfast in summers. The bathroom has a bathtub. In addition, there is a washing machine in the basement for tenants use. The kitchen is renovated not more than two years ago and is in good condition.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt im Stadtzentrum in dem lebendigen Viertel mit fussläufig (1-2 Min) erreichbaren Geschaeften/Supermärkten (Rewe, Kaufland, und Apotheke).
Öffentliche Verkehrsmöglichkeiten sind ganz nah. Die Bushaltestelle Jüdenstrasse und Kornmarkt sind 1-2 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt. Dazu, hat es ein Parkplatz für Autos (mit zuzügliche Kosten). Fürs Fahhrad gibt ein Raum im Keller und Platz im Hof.
The apartment is in the lively city center and is very close to various shops and supermarkets and apothecary. The bus stops Jüdenstrasse und Kornmarkt are very close (1-2 min walking distance) for public transportation. In addition, there is private parking spot available for extra charge. For bikers, there is a storage room in the basement and a parking place in the courtyard.
